Julieduke Posted February 10, 2009 Report Share Posted February 10, 2009 I was wandering something I had read that you was in World War II, well I had heard from family so was my Grandfather as well his name was Theodore Szenger and he was a Merchant Marine. From hearing from another Merchant Marine Veteran they was the people that got supplies behind enemies lines, what was your experiance during World War II like fo you and did you ever know any Merchant Marines yourself? My father was a MP, and he was telling me in DC he had school bus duty with private and public school kids of officers on the base. He also told me that he was a Chaplian's assistant as well?
