Julieduke Posted February 24, 2006 Report Share Posted February 24, 2006 This a Burt Reynolds movie that came out the same year as "Smokey and The Bandit" but this is great movie and it's funny and he has the same jersey number as he did in "The Longest Yard(1974)" I wonder what Burt Reynolds likes about the number 22. Well, this movie has him playing Billy Clyde Plunkett(I think that was his character's last name in the movie) and he was a running back in the movie. I has a very funny Church scene after the ceremony you just have to see or if you seen this movie you know what I'm talking about.Question did Burt Reynolds play football in real-life at high school or College because he seems like such a natural at it?
