Julieduke Posted January 27, 2006 Report Share Posted January 27, 2006 When my dad was seven his mother died and she left my dad, and his brother and baby sister.(She was only eight months old). My grandfather was a alcohic as well, and when my dad and his brother was six they was sent to Richmond, Indiana to the Worley Children's home to live and they stay there till they was eighteen and sixteen years old.
