September 11, 200520 yr Tomorrow morning, my mother is going into the hospital to have a colostomy. For months, since Christmas or before, she has been sick to her stomach with almost everything she eats.She has been to 3 doctors and they all say different things: Hernias, or a bloated colon.She cant anything at all today except jello, so she is really moody and crabby today.She has never been through this before. My mother is my best friend, and i dont know what would happen to me if I ever lost her.I know this might sound selfish of me, but I dont know how i will do tomorrow during this.Do you know of anything that has been through this before? How did they do?PLease keep us in mind.Susan
September 11, 200520 yr I don't know of anyone who's been through something like that but my thoughts are with you and your mom. I'm sure she'll be fine.
