August 17, 200521 yr Why isn't John the voice of home Depot anymore? I miss hearing him when those comercials come on!? Does anyone know? Has he been to busy with Smallville?
August 17, 200521 yr I believe it was the Home Depot's idea to replace/get rid of him. John sends out a newsletter every once in awhile to people who have bought things at his online store and he said he hasn't heard from them in awhile so he assumes they have terminated him as their spokesperson. He also said he's been reading for other companies so we may find him the spokesperson of something else soon.
June 13, 200620 yr I was sorry to hear that he got replaced but in a way it was good for my family's finanaces. Everytime I heard him on the radio, I'd shamble toward Home Deopt mumbling, "must . . . buy . . . . lawn mowers . . . . must . . .buy . . . house paint." Heh heh, just kiddin'!
