Anyone know who will be the narrator in the Dukes of Hazzard the beginning?

I saw this movie today in the UK and there is no talk of any drugs in this movie. I know 12 seconds got cut from the uk version and I also know that Jay said that when the DVD comes out they will have 1 DVD that is the same as the one you see in the cinema and another one that will be an adult one which will be a bit different to the other one. I am not sure what Ben Jones and any other Dukes fan is moaning about. If I had young kids I would take them to this movie. I see nothing to adult about this movie.

The best cast for this movie is the cast that is in this movie. This cast rocks.

Saw the movie for the first time today as today is the first day it came out in the cinema in the UK. I thought it was great. One of the best movies I have seen in long time. It is also one of the better re-makes Hollywood has done. I thought all the cast and crew and Warner Brothers did a great job on this movie. I really enjoyed this movie and so did my Dad who came and saw it with me. I really liked what they did with Boss,Enos, Rossco and Jessie. Gooter was great as always and I enjoyed Sheev who was a fun new character. I would like to of seen more of Cletus and more of down-town Hazzard. Great movie look forward to seeing this movie again and hope to see part 2 in a few years time.

This is for anyone who has seen this movie. What are Cooter and Enos and Cletus like in this movie? Are the actors playing them any good? No one has said much about them. I bet they have small parts in this movie?

I just saw the very first Dukes show on Bravo TV in the UK. I have never seen it before. It was kind of different to the shows they did later on in LA. I thought it was not so much of a spoof when it started like the LA shows were. Things in TV shows change a bit from when they start to when the finish. Like new writers maybe brought in and new people might join the cast and things that were cool and hip one year may not be so hip next year so they change thing . Boss and Rosco are more mean it the first show and Bo Cooter and Luke are more clown like. I think when the film makers went to make this movie they looked at the very first show and then looked at a few teen slacker movies and the new Starskey and Hutch movie and thought lets put the 2 things together and make a great movie. A spoof of Starskey and Hutch worked. Not the same as the tv show. Things just change. Look at the Bond Film Doctor No and then look at the last one they did very different. I have not seen thiis film as it comes out in the UK on 26th of AUgust. I think it will be pretty good but different.

Can someone who has seen a pre-screening of this movie tell me when the song the goood ol boys is played in this movie and if it is the one by Gage 9 or Willie Nelson. Also will the fim open like the tv show did when you see the car jump over the river and clips of the cast with with the Good ol boys song playing?

Found this out on some other sites and did a post on this before.Seems they went back after they finished filming on this movie and did some re-shoots. I wonder what they had to ad to this film? I see thet have done the same thing on the new Pink Panther movie and I think they do it all the time on other movies.
