;-) Yup that was my wisdom there - the one and only episode in which the General is not seen. Still so good though...can see why they didn't include the General though...it would be kinda hard to get a pregnant woman through the windows lol. Damage to the baby an' all lol.
And I don't know, I havent actually seen that episode in a while...
Here's a translation question for all you:
If you were to hear this conversation over the radio between the two boys, what do they mean in normal english?
Luke: Lost Sheep One to Lost Sheep Two, you got your ears on cousin?
Bo: I got my ears on and my eyes peeled, what's your twenty?
Luke: At the moment, lookin' at some time in the pokey with smokey after a knuckle buster with good ol' Ernie Leadbetter...
Bo: You got the pedal to the metal?
Luke: Course, but this Pick 'em up ain't doin' more than 80...
Bo: So you want some interference from the General?
Luke: You got it. You better get here before I start to get hunted by the smokey bears as well as our own Hazzad County Bears...
Bo: Ten-Four cousin, what's your twenty?
Luke: Down past Hazzard Lake
Bo: Alright, keep it 'tween the ditches, i'll be there in just a few. I'm gone
Luke: Ten-Four, i'm gone.
LOL Well isnt that interesting! Now let me look this up in my Hazzard to English Dictionary...*flips pages* let me translate this for you!
Bo wants to know where Luke is, to which he replies hes on the run after a fight with Ernie. (More than likely a bar brawl, you know how the boys are! LOL)
Bo wants to know if hes driving fast to which Luke replies his truck can only do 80 max. Bo offers to lend a hand with the General Lee. Luke accepts the offer and then tells Bo to hurry before cops from everywhere, including Hazzard, catch up with him.
Bo replies okay and wants to know his location to which Luke replies Hazzard Lake. Bo then tells him to hold on while he gets there and to drive safely until he does. Luke acknowledges the message..
This conversation makes perfect sense to a DOH fan, all DOH fans are fluent in both CB and Duke! Dont you just love the way those boys talk! LOL

Luke was Hank, Bo was Joseph or (Joe) and Daisy was Dixie.
You are correct BL! LOL...And I have to admit that the boys dressed up in all that cowboy gear looked pretty sexy! I mean come on! Joe with that whip? Who wouldn't love that?

It was the General's 8th Birthday and it took them two tries to start the new General. He started up on the second one when bO crossed his fingers on his left hand
Another interesting bit about that episode is you can see John's wedding ring...If we're supposed to believe that's Bo right out of high school, he should have taken it off! LOL!

You're right. It's Cooter's daughter (Episode title "Cooter's girl.") I think you just broke BoJamesDuke's record for the quickest correct answer.
Here's another. Two Dukes actually flew in "High Flying Dukes". Who were they? One flew in the plane and one flew on a rope ladder. By the way, flying in the General doesn't apply to this question. LOL
It was Daisy in the plane and Bo was the one on the ladder...Funny because John doesnt like heights yet there he is LOL...

You're right, Rosco nominated himself and the bad guys robbed a jewelry store. As for the tough question, she's a citizen of Hazzard who even had an episode named after her. The answer to the final question can be found on another (posted yesterday) thread. I'm gone.
Miz Tisdale is the observer and its the 4th of July that's mentioned!

I noticed this watching the early episodes, the ones filmed in Georgia. I don't know if this detail carried over to CA. (Jax can probably tell us. ROFL)
Bo and Luke's bow and arrow sets, although looked similar, apparently had different model names. What was Bo's called and what was Luke's called?

The answer is no, the names of the boys' bows did not carry over from GA to CA! LOL...Luke's is a Martin Cougar, Bo's is a Martin Warthog...About the only thing that did carry over was the color...Bo has a brown stock, Luke has a black stock! That fact never changed in the seasons! So...looks like you owe me a round of drinks!

Nice job Min!!! I've said it before and I'll say it again, I'd love to see that database. How do you manage to have that much info recorded? I mean, in order to know Boss's number or the cost of that newspaper (and other such info), you'd have to pause thousands of scenes in 7 seasons!!! Unless you get the question, then watch the episode and then log on again with the answers. Either way, your dedication to the best show to ever be on a television screen is very impressive. Possum on a gumbush. I'm gone.

What Ive had to do is go episode by episode and write down every single teeny weeny detail I could find! LOL...Signs, billboards...everything! Listen to conversations and make detailed notes. Believe me it isnt easy, even if youre naturally observant and its taken some time. When I wrote my trivia book, it would literally take me hours for one episode! And heres the kicker, I did the trivia book when the show was on TNN!! LOL videotape!! Now that theyve come out on DVD its opened up even more details, which is another reason why I'm redoing the database. At the time, TNN sliced and diced the episodes like they were ham at a deli counter, some of them were missing up to 15 minutes per episode. Thats a lot more missing info!! But Ive loved Dukes all my life so the database and the trivia is a labor of love!

Here's an interesting and difficult question.....
What was the Boar's Nest back in the days of shine and roses? (That's just a phrase to throw people off. It's not from the episode "Days of Shine and Roses").... but the question does refer to the old days when Jesse and Boss were running moonshine.
In Bad Day in Hazzard, Season 4... Jesse tells the cousins and Cooter a story about him and Boss. The Boars Nest was a warehouse in those days where Boss used to store his shine...
