Plot Summary
The Dukes find that Boss has sold swampland that borders their farm to a young couple after claiming that it's suitable for farming. When Boss refuses to give a refund, the Dukes manage to convince Boss that they've found gold on the land.

- As well as running the local store, it turns out that Mr. Rhuebottom is also the county assayer.
- Jay Baker (Jeb Morton) auditioned to be one of the replacement Dukes Boys when John and Tom walked out.
Bloopers
- When the Dukes turn up at the Boar's Nest in their fancy clothes, Vance says "Champagne for everybody. Imported, naturally." Champagne is only produced in France, so all Champagne in the US is imported.
