Boss always has a bet on the annual kids' basketball game between the Boar's Nest Bears and the Chickasaw Chiefs, and he always loses. This year, Bo and Luke agree to coach the team to avoid losing the General after missing a parole meeting with Boss. They also promise a "secret weapon", a young basketball player who's recently lost his father. After initial reluctance, Jesse persuades Rod to join the team, and Boss doubles his bet to $10,000. Chickasaw boss, A. C. Tate, Jr., hears about the new player, plants a fake birth certificate in Boss' records, and only asks for it to be checked as the game is starting.
