Plot Summary

On his way to do some boar hunting, Bo is chased by Boss and Rosco. He gets out of his borrowed car to hide, but slips and bangs his head. Finding Bo out cold, Boss and Rosco take him to the Tri-County Emergency where he's diagnosed with amnesia. Due to the threat of Sheriff Little, Boss has been having trouble finding a driver to take a shipment of 'shine to C. V. Gumble in Chickasaw, and decides to take advantage of Bo's condition. By the time they leave the hospital, Boss has Bo convinced that he's Bo Hogg, Boss' son.

Back at the Boar's Nest, Boss has his "son" eating hog jowls while Rosco is out stealing some of Bo's possessions from the Duke Farm to make him feel at home. Boss even shows Bo a picture of the rest of the Dukes, and tells him to stay clear of the "mean bunch of no good varmints". Meanwhile, Jesse, Luke and Daisy are worried that no one's heard from Bo, and can't get any help from Rosco or Cletus. While out looking, Luke and Daisy bump into Bo, but he acts like he doesn't know them and drives off. They follow Bo back to the Boar's Nest, and overhear Boss' plan to make Bo violate his probation by driving the 'shine. After being spotted by Boss, Rosco and Cletus, Luke and Daisy escape and tell Jesse what's happening.

With Bo on his way to Chickasaw with a van full of 'shine, the rest of the Dukes try to track him down before he reaches the county line. To throw Sheriff Little off the scent, Luke impersonates Boss on the CB to get him to watch a different road.
