Plot Summary

After Enos is reluctant to chase the Dukes, Boss replaces him with Billy Joe Coogan. Things go well for a while, but Boss comes to regret his decision when Billy Joe threatens to blow up the Hazzard dam and flood the town if Boss doesn't pay him $150,000.

Trivia

• Ernie Lively's fifth and last appearance in the series. He previously played Dobro Doolan in One Armed Bandits, and Longstreet B. Davenport in three episodes of season 2.
