Plot Summary
While driving through Capitol City on his way back from a Marines reunion, Luke is run off the road by Sandy, a blonde in a black car. Not knowing that she's just robbed a jewelry store, Luke chases her down to ask about the accident, but when he catches her, she hits him on the head with her car door and escapes.
