Plot Summary
Boss is making Rosco sell phony insurance policies as a cheaper alternative to speeding tickets, but he doesn't bank on a couple of flimflammers staging a car crash to claim the $1 million payout. The Dukes were at the scene of the accident, and Vance, who was driving, blames himself for the crash, not knowing that the car was empty.
