Plot Summary

It's Christmas in Hazzard; Jesse's conducting the children's choir and Cooter's got the scouts to make wreaths. Bo and Luke are on their way back from Central City with a truck full of Christmas trees when they get hijacked. A passing preacher gives them a lift into Hazzard, but then, in front of Boss and Rosco, claims to have found $500 in an envelope with their name on it.
When the townsfolk hear that their trees have been stolen, they start to believe that the Dukes were behind the hijacking, even to the point that the children don't want to sing with Uncle Jesse. Bo and Luke become suspicious when Boss brings in more trees in a very similar, but differently colored truck. Their suspicions are confirmed when they look in the truck and find the tree marked with a red ribbon which they picked out for Uncle Jesse.
The preacher, who's in on the scam, gets paid off by Boss, but tells the hijackers to hang around so that they can rob Boss' safe. Meanwhile, the Dukes play the parts of the ghosts of Christmas past, future and present over the CB to try and trick Boss into doing the right thing. When that fails, they hatch a new plan to steal back the trees and deliver them in three identical pickup trucks while dressed as Santa Claus. Unfortunately, that's also the disguise chosen by the robbers.
