Jesse suggests that Bo and Luke should hire themselves out to farms which hadn't had their tractors stolen, and it isn't long before they spot the truck which had run them off the road earlier. After a short pursuit in a borrowed pickup, they find the truck stopped on a hill, and tractor coming up from behind. They only just manage to jump free in time before the pickup is tipped down the hill. Back in town, Bo, Luke and Jesse try to report what's happened, but Boss tries to put the blame on them.
