  1. Later in the day, Bo arrives. He goes into his cousin's room and sees that he was

still connected to all of the machines. He takes a seat next to the bed and

    grabs Luke's free hand.

"Mr. Duke?" Bo turns and sees the doctor walk into the room.

"That's me sir. How's my cousin?" Bo asked not moving from his spot.

"His fever's gone down just a little but he's still unconscious." Bo looks from the

doctor to his cousin. The doctor walks over to Bo and lays a hand on his

shoulder. "I'm sorry about your cousin, son."

Bo hears what he said but just couldn't say anything. The doctor realizes that

the two of them should be left alone for a while. He walks out the door and

leaves the two cousins to them selves.

"I can't believe this Luke." Bo says to his cousin. "We've been through tough

things but this just doesn't compare to them."

He looks into his cousin's blank face and tear weld up in his eyes. "The farm's

not the same without ya there. Chores are boring without ya. You need to

wake up so things can be back to normal. You need to get better Luke. Daisy

and Uncle Jesse are having a hard time without you. And so am I."

He gently squeezes his hand in hopes that he would squeezes back. After a

few minutes of nothing, he gives up and leans back in his seat. None of them

Dukes have been in something this bad. And when one Dukes away, it makes

everything weird. Seeing his cousin laying there, he thinks of all the worst

possible things that could happen. He shakes his head. He knows he shouldn't

think like that. He needs to think positive in hopes that they will happen.

  2. That's interesting to know. When I posted this, I was watching it on tv.com.

The youtube clip you shared do show quiet a bit of it. But I will say that it does not take that long to run from one end of the park to the other. But it is weird to see the park like that compared to it now. Here is the map of the park this year. If you look, you can tell how much it's grown.

There is also a video on youtube with pop-ups. It's not the whole episode put it has most of it. It isn't the best quality but it's decent.

  3. Now I just have to know, but has anyone here seen the episode of the Brady Bunch where they go to Kings Island? The episode was called "The Cincinnati Kids" and it aired in 73' when the park was only open for a few years.

I live about half an hour from the park and my has it changed. It is so fun to go to. I got a pass for it and that means it will be a good summer.

  4. Who knows, if Dukes had been made a few years later we may have had a musical episode like they did with 'Buffy' and 'Scrubs'.

I was a bit stuck for Cooter (I'm sure someone can think of something better), so I went with

Can We Fix It? (Bob the Builder)

Not strictly a musical, granted, but he was using the phrase "Yes we can" years before Mr Obama!

That would have been so cool to see how that would have worked out. I'm slowly watching Buffy and I'm waiting for that episode to come on.

And I laughed when I read the song you chose for Cooter. It's so funny. I use to watch it and I still remember the song. I think it would work because Cooter can fix anything and do about anything.

  5. Unlike the old timers who had MySpace online.

My dad had one. But now both my mom and dad have a Facebook and they watch everything I post. And a funny thing is that my mom can't see anything of what my one friend does and vise versa for her. It's like they don't exist to each other.

But both my parents do good at not worring about what I'm on. They know that I know what I can't and can do.

  6. CDoherty deserves to own a General Lee someday. (one with a motor, he's already got the bike!)

What a great timing to say that Brian. My friend answered a question that asked something like what they would get me and she said she would get me the General Lee. And I'm just like "AAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWW". It was so sweet to know that she would do that. She just knows me so well.

And like I said great timing but also funny timing.

  7. That's a fun coincidence, ain't it? Good info Hoss!

Ya know, I think Tom and John should put together thier own Broadway musical based on The Dukes of Hazzard. (Let's see if I can speak that one into existence! Heh heh.) Not sure how you'd pull off a car chase in a musical, though.

That would be an interesting experiense. And it would take some very creative minds to figure the car chases out.
