Hey, I just pressed my first blue and white heart thing. I gotta do that more often. 

I'm gonna start my own race called the Moonshine 500 and hold it every year around back of my car lot!   

If it's not too late I will. I had trouble navigating it last year. It's too bad yahoo stopped doing it....I'm assuming it's not yahoo again. Most of my problems are my lack of ability to learn technology....not the technology itself. I'm just not a big techno fan. 

Well thanks to the rain delay,  I missed the race but have seen video of the wreck. So scary. Glad to see Ryan home and alive! 
As for Denny Hamlin, him and Joe Gibbs said they didn't know until the accident or the severity of it until after their celebrating and felt bad.
Fun fact...James Best helped or supported Ryan Newman's dog rescue. I saw James Best years ago after he did something with Jeff Gordon  (I can't remember)  I asked James who his favorite driver was.  He said Ryan Newman.

I'm sorry to hear about your disappointment but..........This is fantastic! A new Chase Elliott fan. Chase's father was mentioned on the episode "Undercover Dukes" so every Dukes fan should be a Chase Elliott fan.....and he's a Georgia boy just like Bo and Luke. Chase will be around a long time so you picked the right guy. It's so good to hear from you cuz!

Thanks. In other news, it was his 7th Gotcha Day yesterday and he got special puppy cake (I ordered cake mix on Amazon, made specifically for dogs). It was a good day.

If anybody in the parade had a strong (or even weak) tie to the Dukes I would have made the effort to find out about autographs. The next time I go down I want to go to Cooter's. I just found out that it is only an hour away from my daughter. 

Kyle still does the charity ride. He kicked off this year's ride right here near my town on Friday. It was in all the local papers.

No I didn't meet him but I have exciting news for you Garrett. I went to my daughter's down in Winchester Virginia where they have a big apple blossom parade every year. Jeff Burton was one of the celebrities in the parade. I was close..right on the sidewalk but didn't get to talk to him. He was riding on the top of the back seat of a convertible. Imagine that...he wasn't even driving. The grand marshall was supermodel Ella McPherson. Also in the parade was Heisman trophy winner Desmond Howard and Billy Graham's daughter, granddaughter and great-granddaughter. But here it is Garrett...also in the parade was....drum roll....Mike Singletary of the World Champion Chicago Bears from 1985. I was thinking of you. A NASCAR legend and a Bears legend in one parade. You would loved it!

That would be awesome if I would ever get to. Hope you get to meet him. 

No, but he was good friends with my boss when I worked in town and I fig. sooner or later we might meet!

Since Jesse Duke's Ridge Raiders are going to win your NASCAR fantasy league this year you probably wouldn't watch as much NASCAR anyways because you're so mad that you're going to finish second. 

Well Garrett, if you're ever going to be anywhere close to Franklin Tn. ( my hometown and where he lives) , I'll take you by his house!

Considering how many Truck and Xfinity races he did along with the Cup series, what he's accomplished isn't much different than the 60's and 70's era, also considering he's in top tier equipment with Gibbs/Toyota racing just like Petty was with Chrysler backing. .He's the reason for the rule that Cup series drivers can enter only 5 truck and xfinity series races. There is no comparison though, I don't think he'd last 5 seasons if even that in Petty era Nascar cars,they were a lot harder to drive than the ones they do now. Kyle's 11th in all time Cup Wins but I can see him making it up to 9th but I don't think he'll surpass Dale Earnhardt sr's 76 wins.

This hardly seems fair. What about MY feelings? If we had a better Commissioner the rules would be more fair and I'd be in first place and not last. I'm calling my lawyer.
