That stinks Spike. I felt better for a day but it didn't last. Ended up going to the doctor yesterday and got a med called Azithromycin. Having congested lungs for 11 days is no fun. My wife is still sick too. 

SMH, The predicament my brother in law got himself into. Turns out they didn't roll the $5k into the new car loan so he is making 2 car payments a month, one for the totalled car. He asked me yesterday if my credit union does loans for for his predicament, I told him all he can do is try as I didn't know. I couldn't believe it. If he doesn't get a $5k loan quick he's going to lose everything. I can't wrap my head around how he got himself into this, my God. 

Finally started to feel good physically but had a hard emotional hit today. I turned 64 (7 days after Bo turned 64) and it hit me that I will never again get a birthday call from my daughter. I'm sure when Father's Day comes around I'll get knocked down again since she was my only child. 

I had plans to watch both Talladega races this weekend but watched about 5 minutes of each of them . Saturday I was busy mowing lawns till about 6 and when I got out of the shower caught the last gwc start and end of the Xfinity race. Sunday celebrated a friend's birthday so just caught a few laps here and there. 
NASCAR related news....I stopped at a garage sale over the weekend and scored some NASCAR cars, Bill Elliott's 94 McDonald's Mac Tonight, Kyle Petty Coors 42 and a Richard Petty car and hauler collector's set. Lady gave me a great deal on the Bill Elliott car and Kyle Petty car but I paid almost full price for the Richard Petty set. 

I'm sure it was because the Dukes simply had a lot of land....but I like these 18 reasons better so I'm going to agree with the creative person who wrote them. Send the author compliments from HazzardNet and invite them to join.

Great to meet you Carl. Welcome to Hazzard County. There's plenty to see and do on the HazzardNet and we look forward to hearing a lot more from you. I've never visited any Dukes locations but if I ever do it would be in Georgia, not California. I'm sure Hoss will help you out with links because he's done a lot of research on the California locations.

My real name is Carl.  I'm a Canadian childhood fan at heart. I've always loved the Dukes of Hazzard, always wanted to meet the cast (met some), always wanted a General Lee (one day), and always wanted to visit as many locations as possible. 
So I've started building a map using Google's MyMaps.  I was wondering if anyone would like to partake in this and hopefully get an entire map for fans to utilize.

I say that, but one year NASCAR made changes to the restrictor plates and it was a pretty boring race. Tony Stewart even was pretending to sleep through it. Hopefully there is a happy medium. LOL.

Well Sunday seems to be my new grocery shopping day for some reason. So I missed the race. Again. What a failure I am. Michael McDowell won the pole. Kyle Larson got penalized for an qualification inspection infraction. His car chief got ejected as well. He had to start the race with a drive through penalty. He did get his lap back due to being the only car a lap down.  In the end, Tyler Riddick won the race.

In F1, it was the Chinese Grand Prix this weekend. I'll start writing reports again when someone other than Max Verstappen wins a race! The next one is in Miami in two weeks' time.
