  1. I totally agree Hobie. I have nothing against the actors. They got a rotten deal in the whole thing, but the whole deal was weak and rotten. LOL. No one is the Duke boys, but Bo and Luke themselves. . .

  2. I'm ashamed to say I never paid attention to the kind of food they had. The weird thing about that is that the Christmas party at the Duke farm is my favorite scene in the whole series. I love your idea of a Dukes Christmas! I don't like that I have to wait a whole year to have one myself.

  3. I agree with both of you but when Bo and and Luke were away racing, Coy and Vance helped Jesse and Daisy keep the farm running. Ya have to give them a little credit for that. Nobody in the world could replace Bo and Luke but Coy and Vance did the best that anybody could do. It was pretty awesome when Bo and Luke came home.....one of my top 10 favorite episodes.

  4. I have all 7 seasons of Dukes on DVD. You can't get richer than that. Amen! So do I! I try to go into " The Land" ( Hazzard County) every day! My own world, my own people!!

  6. My wife and I had a 'Dukes' Style southern Christmas meal. We made a ham, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, carrots, corn bread and collard greens. Every year when we watch The Great Santa Claus Chase we say we are going to have a meal like the Dukes had at Christmas. This year we finally did it.

Formula 1 has announced a 24-race season for 2023, but this may be reduced to 23 races if a replacement isn't found for the cancelled Chinese Grand Prix in April. The season starts on the weekend of the 3rd to 5th of March with the Bahrain Grand Prix, and includes the inaugural Las Vegas Grand Prix in mid-November (giving three races in the US). The full schedule can be found here.

Supercross dirt bike racing starts on Jan 7 so I'm getting an early start to my racing viewership.

  14. I have all 7 seasons of Dukes on DVD. You can't get richer than that. To answer Garrett's question, I do have goals for 2023 but they are a bit boring and personal. My most exciting thing is my new motorcycle that I just got a few days ago. I got rid of the Njnja and am going to be hitting the trails again. The Ninja was fun but just too tempting to go fast....which I did. I'm more of a trail rider anyways. It's going to be a blast hitting the trails I once roamed.

  17. Maybe he bought cheap Hoggocco gasoline. Boss waters it down like he does the beer at the Boar's Nest.

  18. I have to pat myself on the back for doing such a good job of keeping February's Fan of the Month recipient secret. I bet none of you saw this coming. Mark B has been with the best website on the internet since 2009 and was the Fan of the Month recipient in August of 2015. There are some people who claim to be big fans of The Dukes of Hazzard but Mark is not the bragging type. He lets his talents as an artist do all the talking for him. But his work doesn't just talk. It goes to the top of the highest peak in Georgia and shouts his love of Hazzard County from the top of his lungs. The thing is, Mark's works are not just a labor of love. They are not just an expression of how much he cares about the greatest show to ever grace a television screen. After all, anybody can make things to express themselves. But Mark's craftsmanship is elite. It is simply magical to witness his works and we are truly thankful that he takes the time to share it with his friends here on the HazzardNet. Thank you for all you do to promote the Dukes of Hazzard Mark. Besides your artwork, you have done so much more and we appreciate it. Congratulations for earning Fan of the Month honors for February 2021.

  19. Sorry I'm late to the party here myself, but that write-up Roger did made my head so big, I couldn't get through the door to the next room where the computer is! But seriously: I appreciate the love, and I appreciate the comradery here even more. Dukes fans are nothing but the finest people, so this is always a welcoming place to 'set a spell' and chew the fat. Mark
