that's what is horrible that people would rather Dukes get all dust covered on a shelf and be forgotten as one of the last great family sit down television shows like I said I would rather it not for those of us that are involved in the whole shebang and really enjoy the show and its true meaning its a need of sorts to acknowledge that its still there and popular if that makes me sound devoted and a little crazy like ("cooter") (which now days is a naughty word sadly something so non bad sounding becoming a female part too wrong) I just believe that we need to stand up and show that we are not willing for the Dukes to go down and stay down that's just not the way I feel and I hope that its the same for all yall as well YB

I have played them all Redneck Girl they are all fun ROTGL is very satisfying course it was made in 04 I am trying to get midway games interested in making a new game fer all systems but all I have got from them is midway is currently not making any new Dukes games at the present time and as in my other posts some other members also threw their hands in with info they said that enough people have to be interested in a new game to get and economy is bad at the present so probably no big name games would be released soon I have been pleading with everyone on here to send a message to midway and joining my fight to get a new dukes game on the market I mean cmon they are releasing the new Ghostbusters game/movie ( this is the best GB fans will get until they decide to make a new movie if they ever will) but they are releasing it for all systems including ps2 I think so follow my lead go to midways homepage then go to contact us then scroll down to ask a ? then fill out all the info and tell them that they need a new game I am not sure how many have done this yet from here I even went out on a limb and messaged the Real BO duke John Schneider and asked for his assistance but I have heard nothing yet I had hoped that BO as interested in the franchise as he is would help us out I hope that you enjoy ROTGL I loved it I love beign able to loose Roscoe and Enos just pull out classic moves like you would see on the show I have been driving along and did a quick spin hit the nitro and headed the other way and you will love the BIG BIG jumps course I hit the nitro before the end of the jump or when on a race I try to cut around and go off road a little and I will be in 1st for shure please write to midway get them interested in a new game if we get enough thy might finally see it our way good luck

I have finally gotten a response not really the one that I had hoped for but one all the same on my last message that I sent to Midway I received this there are no current plans to release a Dukes of Hazzard video game please check back at their website for updates and info well upon this we must strive harder we have to get them interested to them they would rather Dukes get all dust covered on a shelf and forget about it to us that enjoy the show and love all things involved with Dukes we must push the issue please go to their website go to the contact us then ask a ? area then mention that we need a new game get their interests peaked to make another I have not heard from John yet on his involvement yet but I hope that he helps I know that he still is involved with Dukes where he can I don't know maybe I am crazy for believing that another game is possible and should drop the issue but I still believe and as long as you hold on to your beliefs that nothing is impossible if you are interested in pushing the issue for a new game please send a message to midway and let them know please get involved thanks YB

ok I sent another message to Midway in hopes of them getting the bigger picture for a new game we have not seen a new one since 2004 and its long overdue I also used ideas that I have gotten from ppl that have responded to my messages I thought of you as well and put those in there as well and hopefully they will see how important it is to us that we need to kep the Dukes spirit alive and kicking because I sure as life itself don't want to see the General in a Rust pile send them your concerns YB

hey all yeah I know its been forever since I have gotten on the lines I have moved so I had to pack up all the cb gear and head for higher ground but that should have not kept me from checking in so my apologies ok so my fight continues with midway to get us a new Dukes game I have still heard nothing from them acknowledging a new game in the works but there is still a gleam in my heart that one day we will get that game I have also sent a message to Bo himself I am lucky enough to have sent John a message today and hopefully having him add me as a friend to myspace I already have him as a friend on his collier and co myspace but I now have the addy for him him and I told him about my plight to get us a new game and asked if him and the rest of the cast would join in the fight I know I am reaching here but its worth a shot and since they are an integral part of the show I thought that maybe there was a chance that they would help I also told him that a multi system game would be great so hopefully if all goes well and we get the game it will come out for Wii X-Box and PS3 please keep sending your messages to Midway games asking them for a new game so please do not think I have given up on this site and other Dukes fans that long for another game if you are interested in contacting them go to midways home page and go to the contact us area and if you like you can copy my message that I wrote explaining why we need another game and add your name telling them that you support a new game keep me posted with your progress keep em tween the ditches YoungBO __________________ " its like a bald tired semi on a mile of red asphalt" YEEEE HAWWWW

couzin Tim is also right about when they get the General but maybe they don't use the General right off the bat maybe they bring it in like the show states after thet probation ya never know

Hey yall Bo again just cuz it is a somewhat sequel we will see how it fares if sales for this DVD are above marginal then maybe they will retool and make a better movie than the original movie (sorry johnny and Stifler) it wasn't true to the dukes... But Willie Nelson as Uncle Jesse was ok he could've been more like the original again thats where Hollywood is set askew in my humble opinion STICK TO THE ORIGNAL PLOTLINES OF THE SHOW nothing more nothing less any way I am buyin the dvd just in case
