  1. Definitely Luke! I just love smart men, and Tom Wopat's still hot looking today!
  2. A cast picture (Coy & Vance with Bo & Luke) would be nice for the 5th season. You could also have Daisy, Uncle Jesse, Cooter, Boss Hogg, Rosco, Enos, and Cletus in it too!

  4. SMALLVILLE Tom Wopat will reunite with "Dukes of Hazzard" co-star John Schneider, who plays Jonathan Kent on the show, for one episode. Tom plays a childhood friend of Jonathan Kent. This I have to see, I did read somewhere it would be on the 6th episode of the 5th season. Not sure when the new season starts, but it's nice to see two great men reunite in other projects.

  6. Garrett, the scene you mentioned about Cletus being handcuffed with Bo and Luke, that was from season 2, 'Road Pirates'. Having Cletus paired up with Enos for the early season 5 episodes made up for the fact that Coy and Vance were there (no offence to the actors, they should have had different characteristics from Bo and Luke). Actually, 'The Clones' weren't that bad.
  7. I got the feeling that maybe Hortense and Rosco don't get along. Probably why Rosco avoided talking to her in the episode.
  8. I drive a 1989 Chevrolet Cavalier Z24, black in color. There's a picture of it at the Hazzardnet Photo Gallery under Hazzardnet Garage. The photo gallery link is on the main page. If my car is getting fixed, then I either drive my mom's 1993 Oldsmobile Cutless Cierra, or my dad's 1995 Dodge Dakota. I was at a local car show yesterday and saw a 1969 Dodge Charger and a 1971 Plymouth Roadrunner up close. Unfortunately, both were not done up like 'Dukes of Hazzard' cars (ie: General Lee and Daisy's car).
  9. It sure was nice of John and Catherine to go to the Big Apple to reunite with Tom. NYC, LA, what difference does it make where they reunite, as long as they're together, that's all that matters. Oh yeah, Tom does mention the 'clones' - Coy & Vance.
  10. It's the two-hour feature length! I haven't watched it yet, but I plan to this weekend.
  11. I wish I had to money to go, I live in Canada. Maybe next year if they have one. Can't wait to read all of your experiences at Dukefest, I'm looking forward to it.
  12. I don't think the DVD's sold in Canada come with the free movie ticket either. My didn't, but that's okay, the main thing is that I got the season three episodes that CMTCanada has yet to air.
  13. I just watched all the DVD extras last night including 'Dukevision'. It was so nice to see Tom participate on the extras with his busy New York broadway schedule. Tom looked so handsome sitting next to Catherine and John. It was nice to hear him do a commentary on an episode. Good news - Tom, John, and Catherine are participating on the season four extras too with the feature - 'Building the Legend - The Dukes Story'.
  14. Tom's still a Duke boy at heart. I read recent interviews about him and he still talks quite fondly about the Dukes. Tom's even participating on the DVD extras for seasons three and four of the Dukes.
  15. True Duke fans will definitely buy all seven seasons, including myself. It would be stupid if they didn't release seasons 5-7. I'm looking forward to seeing the last seasons on DVD. Where did someone get a crazy idea about packaging season 5 & 6 together. They would only do that if the combined seasons had less than 10 episodes. There's no way this will happen. I still plan to get season 5 because my set just wouldn't be complete.
  16. Yeah, this scene is shown at the end of the opening credits with the Rosco clones - 'Arrest Jesse Duke', 'Treasure of Hazzard', 'Officer Daisy Duke', 'Jude Emery', and 'Return of the Ridge Raiders'. Anyway, the jump was done in the episode 'Granny Annie', it's the episode with the only appearance of B.B. Davenport (played by Mickey Jones, no relation to Ben Jones).
  17. Canada also celebrates Mother's Day on the second Sunday in May. Father's Day is the third Sunday in June.
  18. .....while Luke will be in New York City all summer long playing a role in Glengarry Glen Ross. You know, if I had a group of people to go with, I would consider going to Dukefest. I don't want to go by myself. I'd even go to NYC to meet Tom in person if I could get some people to come with me.
  19. You know, the more I read about the plot of the movie, the more that I think about it's not that bad. Why, this movie could be just like the Canadian show 'Trailer Park Boys' (I am a fan of the Trailer Park Boys, I have seasons 1-4 on DVD). Of course, there's a lot more violence, drugs, and course language on Trailer Park Boys than there was on the original Dukes of Hazzard. Trailer Park Boys is not a show for people under 18 to watch. http://www.trailerparkboys.com/

  22. Here's a couple that I thought were cute: 'He's more nervous than a long-tailed cat in a rom fulla rocking chairs' 'Boss'll go to the money like a chicken to a junebug' Anyone else have some Luke quotes that they would like to post?
  23. Luke, of course! He rules when he drives the General Lee!
  24. Whether it was on broadway, in the movies, or on television. Personally, I liked his appearances as the 'granite guy' on Home Improvement. He was cute. I also watched him on Cybill (I think he was the only reason I watched it, but I did think Cybill and Maryann were funny too). Christmas Comes To Willow Creek is another one I liked. It's always a treat to see Tom and John in something besides 'Dukes of Hazzard'. Unfortunately, I haven't see him in person on broadway, but there's always hope that I do get to the 'big apple' sometime.
  25. 'And in this Corner, Luke Duke' is one of my favorites too! Can't wait for the episode to come out May 31 on the DVD set. Tom is participating in the extras this time around. 'A Special Welcome' - season 3 introduction by Tom, John, and Catherine. 'Dukevision' - On camera commentary 'And in this Corner, Luke Duke' by cast members. 'Bo, Luke, and Daisy: Just Good Ol' Friends' - The stars reminisce (Tom, John, and Catherine) 'Duke Family Tree' - by Gy Waldron. Here's the back of the DVD cover: And the front of the DVD cover:
