  1. OUTLINE?! We don't need no stinkin' outline! *snort*

I tried outlines. Yeah, they work, sometimes... but I found alot of times the muse likes coloring outside the lines anyway. So.... there goes the outline. :(

However, you are right MA. They are a good tool, technically speakin'. And who can forget spell check. That's how I learned to right, write. (Yes, I did that on purpose).

My favorite stories had no outlines.

  2. Well, here's my thought on the dismantling price.

    $145,000?

I used Google Earth as a rough measurement and pictures to calculate the height.

    Here are my calcs:

    Roof 940 SF x $20/sf =$18,800

    Exterior sides minus the opening 32 ft x $50/foot x height(20ft) x two sides=$64,000

    Exterior ends 20ft x 2 sides x $50/ftx 20 height= $40,000

Interior about same size as exterior but at $15/foot = $19,200

    Chimney ?? per piece $25 x 120 sf? = $3,000

That's $145,000 to tear it down????

    Just wondering.

Great question. Why buy a piece of something that might or might not have been on a tv screen, when you can support the living actors of the tv series?

  3. "Break, Deputy MaryAnne Coltrane, this is Ghost, Im about 5 miles away if you need a tow. Im covering for Cooter hes out of town for the week."

Leans against the tow truck relaxing in the heat while I await a response fully expecting the need for a tow. Pauses pondering a moment, I jump into the old truck and begin driving towards the swamp. Considering if nothing else lending a hand where its needed. The old truck rattles on down the muddy back roads.

    (Cue Anyone, hope this helped)

(It does. I can't believe how much time I've wasted caring, thanks "Ghost")

  4. Credit to Phyllis for this unfortunate news.

Always remember the story your grandson told after his Dukesfest stunt. He could've talked about himself, instead shared a memory about you.

Thank you Mr. Baxley and your loyal crew for all you helped make the Dukes Of Hazzard become when critics said it wouldn't last the first commercial break. All these years later, folks are still yapping about the Dukes Of Hazzard. Thank you!
