great knife. i carry mine almost everywhere i can. if you dont mind me asking how much did you pay for it? i bought mine off ebay and spent $35.
I thought about getting one off ebay but never did....then I ended up at the knife factory in TN like I do every year and decided I couldn't live without it any longer so I paid $47.

Love this song and the video...then again I love about every song on the DOH soundtrack. Also heard James Best's "Go Flash Go" as well...makes me smile everytime...puts me in anoth DOH episode.
The General Lee, is in my opinion, the best car. Ever. Then again, my opinions are heavily biased since I love everything about The Dukes of Hazzard.

Congratulations Sissy. I smiled when I read your post because I'm so happy for you.I have a newer Buck 446 which is about the same size. I also have the 120 which is also called The General. Even though it wasn't named after our favorite car I like to think it was anyways. I've owned it for 30 years and it has been through many adventures in the northern Pennsylvania woods. It used to be the biggest knife Buck made but I'm not sure if that's still the case. (no pun intended since Case is such a big knife company as well)

Got to go to Cooters in Gatlinburg this trip! Got to meet Rick Hurst for the first time. He is such a nice guy, he gave to 2 autographs for the price of one.
Also got lots of Dukes stuff. Had so much fun!! Might post pics later. (And I finally got my Buck knife 110 like Bo and Luke's) -

It sounds like you did well to get an ex-racehorse. I see he's had problems with his breathing and sore shins in the past - is he OK now?
Why are you leaving the "Irish" out? Calling him "Red" may not be a good idea as his old stablemate was "Spitfire Red" - you wouldn't want to confuse your new horse would you?
He is doing great now.
in case you found more info on him than i did....where did you find your info?I leave Irish out just cuz its to long to call him and i just like Eagle better.

I gots myself a horse! Well sorta....I'm kinda sorta leasing him! He is a 5 year old Thoroughbred gelding. He's an ex-racehorse............in 6 races he never finished better than 8th but i love him anyway. His full name is Irish Eagle....I call him Eagle...but I might start calling hium Red...it fits him.
I think he might be kin to Maudine.....he's a bit of a brat. He blows his self up when you tighten the girth, he has tried to lay down when i tighten the girth, once while I was riding him, and he likes to take me under tree branches.
He didn't get the love and attention he deserves when he was at his owners house. But now he gets hugs and kisses all the time. One day i might get to call him my very own!! <3

I have a fanfic stuck in my head it was a little song by Luke for Bo when they was little. The only part I can remember was Bo and Luke brothers (or cousins) Duke. I would just like to reread it if anyone can find it.....I thought I had it bookmarked but i don't.

My brother was gonna get my a Buck 110 fer a graduation present but then he found out that I knew he was gonna and now he won't because he wanted it to be a surprise.
Now I keep begging fer one anyways but he still says no. And congrats to you General Jackson on getting yours! -
I'm in the middle of watching ghost of GL and in the scene with Rosco in the booking room when Luke comes on over the cb I see someone/something moving in the cell.....can anyone tell what it is....looks kinda spooky.

Had always said I would never watch the 2005 movie and hadnt other that the first few mins. until tonight. It was on cmt and i watched about the last half hour and all i can say is horrible just horrible!! Complete and total discrace!!!! Only thing good i have to say is that the driving was good but other than that it is total crap. Dont let my opinion offend you.
