  1. I have just started to see season 7, only the 1st 3 episodes and I found it very good.
  2. I saw it lots of years ago when it was aired here in Italy; initially, when I saw there were the episodes with Coy and Vance, I stopped to see it. But one time I thought "why not?" and saw them! Not very bad, actually, but I didn't remember them very well. One day I'll see them again on dvd. "Welcome back Bo and Luke" is a very beautiful episode.
  3. I guess a lots of lines are different from english and italian...
  4. I just found a site with a video where they say John had an accident during the filming of Collier, in a scene with his car. I couldn't see the video yet, 'cause I haven't the right program: Do you know about it?
  5. Last episode of 6th season: Luke lay on the ground after a man knocked him. Bo and Cooter find him and Bo asks: -Luke, you're ok?- He looks around and, a little confused, say: -No- The way he said was very funny!
  6. Well, I like to hear the difference from the phrases used in the original version and the italian one, when I reach. Looking "The carnival of thrills" I noticed this one: Bo and Luke are discussing in the house a little before they go out and start fighting, Daisy try to make peace but Luke stop her and say: (italian version) -So bene che Bo ha più successo di me- that you can read as -I know Bo has more success than me- (with woman) In the english one, he say something like -Bo has a pretty face-. Did I understand correct?
  7. I'd like very much to see the 2 Reunion of 1997 and 2000. Unfortunately, when they were aired here in Italy, I didn't know so I didn't saw them. I'm waiting for Dvds or Vhs but nothing yet. I found only Vhs on internet but they are not compatible with the italian Vhs players. Someone can help me, telling me where I can find them? Thanks so much!
  8. It is. But a question come on my mind: how many days last a Nascar race???
  9. Yesterday I saw "Happy birthday General Lee" and my mind and curiosity start running: they say Bo and Luke bought the General 8 years before, little after Bo finished his high-school, so I suppose he was 18 at that time. So: Question 1) can we suppose that Bo is the same age of John in that episode? 18+8=26, in 1985 when it was filmed, John was 25. 2) we now the series are not always developed temporarily as the reality (I mean, 2 years of reality can mean 1 or 3 in a film): but, following the right of question one, is possible that Bo was really 19 during the 1st serie? Actually, in an episode of the 6th season, when Daisy went to live with a friend 'cause her cousins don't let her lives her life, she says it is 4 years that she works at the Boars Nest and we know she started to when the guys bought the General. 3) (and last) don't you think that John looks younger than the beginning in this episode? I mean: in the 1st serie he seems older than his 19. But here, 25 years old, that plays a part when he was 19, he looks very very young. Ok, stop here! And now you will ask? But this woman hasn't anything better to do, ah ah ah???
  10. I'm not sure it depends from the dvd reader: i have this problem on my computer, too, even a little less. True is that I started to have same problem even with no-Hazzard dvds...
  11. Well, sometimes I don't go to work to see Bryan Adams shows! But I get regular permission lots of days before!!
  12. Thanks everyone. I'm just curious, 'cause Daisy missed only 1 episode, and Luke are in all. Up to know (so, where I saw up to know), only Bo missed so much!
  13. Why only for 1 night? I guess there are no chance it will be out in Italy...
  14. I want to ask if someone knows why Bo is missing in some episodes: 2 are in the 6th season ("The fortune tellers" and the one when Dewey Hogg came back pretending to be sick, don't remember the title). The excuse was the Bo was racing in some competition. The other is in the 2nd or 3rd serie and they said he went to spend the week-end in the marines reservation. Someone knows which is the true reason why John wasn't in those episodes? Thanks!
  15. Well, for others that don't know, I say something one friend told me: James Best asked to have a camper where he could change his dresses after the lots of scene where Rosco finish in the water. The production didn't give it to him, so he quit. But the other characters that replaced him haven't lots of success, so James had his camper and came back.
  16. I live at the outskirt of Milan, Italy, from when I was born 33 years ago!
  17. So he really have a General Lee! I saw he drove one on the extra of one Dvd, but I wasn't sure if it waw of him or not.
  18. Oh, great! I'd like to be there to meet John, too! So there'll be a sequel: sooo goood!!
  19. I have a maybe-stupid question: how can this film can be "the beginning" when Daisy wears dresses that weren't used in 70's-80's????
  20. The strange is that I haven't the problem on the same episodes: for example, "The ghost of General Lee" in italian works good, in english it stopped. No problem with season 6 up to know.
  21. I'm agree with you. There were another old tv serie, don't know the original title, in italian it was "Alla conquista del West": it spoke about the war from north and south in the US, maybe to keep the part of one of the 2, but don't seem that anyone critisised it!
