  1. Okay. I click on the Img icon. Img shows up on what I am typing. I then type in this (http://pic13.picturetrail.co/vol474/4138925/8638). The URL code for one of the pictures I want to send is 536/117472000.jpg. Why are my pictures showing up as white squares with red x's and not pictures?!!! Why am I so dang computer illiterate?
  2. First of all, I want to thank TimDuke and BrianColtraine for their help with the picure downloads. Here are the pictures of my Litte General.
  3. I've noticed that everyone who posts replies, has pictures with them. How do I get a picture from the My Pictures folder in Windows, to show up with my topics and replies? Thanks, ahead of time.
  4. I'd have to say that my all-time favorite driver is Bill Elliot. I am originally from Dawsonville, Ga so, it's almost like a requirement for me to root for him. Thanks to restrictor plates, no one will ever beat his top speed or lap time at Talledega. Bill is getting older though and since I still have many years of race watchin' ahead of me, i've started watching out for Casey Kayne. He's young, and still has a lot to learn but, I think he'll be finding his "groove" within the next couple of years.
  5. Come on Ya'll. It's called comedy. For starters, you've got about 25% of the American population that absolutely love DOH, and 75% that think the show was something put in place to lure people to fly rebel flags, play Dixie, and yell yeehaw while giving the finger to authority and minorities. All of us true DOH fans know different though. I think Foxworthy was simply talking to the 75% people. If they can pass judgement that we are nothing but a bunch of butt pickin', hillbilly, grease monkies, just because we like to watch the Gen Lee fly through the air..........well then, I believe Foxworthy can poke a little fun at the politically correct, corn holin', limp wristed, limp #@!%, put your kid in a corner don't spank 'em, (grit?.....what's a grit?), mouth breathin', pinko, sissy, whiners!!!!!! There. I'm glad I could get that off my chest. True comedy is achieved when you get the people who want to make fun of you to watch you make fun of yourself. But, only long enough to take the comedy and turn it about 30 degrees off course. This, gets them to start sweatin'. Then, you hit them with the full 180. Watch the look on their faces. Pissed off looks funny from a comedians point of view. Foxworthy has been at it long enough to know what's funny. Making a "PC" Dukes skit is kind of like him giving the finger to the 75%. "Life's a Garden. Dig it!"
  6. This may sound like a regurgitation of some other posts that have been made but, I would like to see a sequel, minus the foul language and drug humor. Getting rid of all the sexual references wouldn't hurt either. Now, as for Uncle Jesse, I think the casting department did a great job finding Willie Nelson to do the part. The writers, however, do need to realize that Uncle Jesse was a good hearted father figure and not some Jackie Martling type, full of truly tasteless and vulgar humor. ( you may know Jackie Martling as Jackie the Jokeman from the Howard Stern Show) Now that I have put my two cents in, I would like to send a shout-out to everyone in Hazzard.....YEEEEEEEEEEHAAAAAAAAWWWWW!!!!!
  7. Hey everyone. I am new to this site but, I am no stranger to the Dukes. I was born in 1980, and I can remember watching Bo and Luke ever since I was about five or six. As a matter of fact, some of my not-so-immediate family still call me Cooter. I just started racing dirt track this year in the mini-stock class with a 1986 Ford Escort GT, which I customized to look like the General. My Question is this. What is the exact color orange on the General Lee? I have searched through so many paint sample books at the part store that, I think I'm going to need glasses. The color I decided on was FlameOrange. (The exact year on the paint code escapes me at the moment.) I would like to know the color or color code so, when I repaint the car for next season, it will be correct. Maybe, the next time I log on here, I will have a picture I can attach. Thanks ahead of time.
