I'm currently watching my way through my 'Cheers' boxset, and have now reached the final season where we get to meet Rebecca's father who's a navy captain. One scene cuts to him and the guys watching TV in the bar and he comments, "As a man who has thirty years of naval experience, I can say at all confidence that if that crew got together and shot Gilligan, they'd have been off that island in a week. Problem solved." I think I can guess what they were watching!

We've even pulled a moderator into this baseball rivalry and it's still a National League affair. Isn't there any Dukes of Hazzard fans out there who like American League teams? Garrett....Cubs Capt Redneck....Mets Brian...Brewers K-Duke15....Reds RogerDuke....Pirates My Pirates gave me hope the first few games but now they've gone back to being the Pirates. Sorry Garrett, I won't click onto a Cubs website. I don't want to risk getting a virus that shuts down my computer for 104 years.

I've never really been to a big league game (of any sport) where I was wearing clothes of the visiting team but I've heard it can get ugly especially later in the game when drunken idiots start acting like....well....drunken idiots.

Last year my Pirates won 72 games and Garrett's Cubs won 71 so if anyone wants to witness a big time brawl between two members of the HazzardNet, this thread is the place to be. In the meantime if someone else wants to throw their baseball hat in the ring, now's the time to pledge your allegiance to your favorite team. I don't know why you're bothering though since the Pirates are going to win it all. If you don't believe that Garrett, then you don't know anything about baseball and you really shouldn't be here. The Brewers bit the dust tonight and fell to the Cardinals. I didn't have money (or worse) on this, did I?

I don't plan on losing. . .ha ha ha! I'll be totally bummed if the Yankees lose tonight. They better get their bats in gear and ready to hit more grand slams tonight. HA HA.
