  1. 1/10 Scale 3230 RC General Lee in desperate need of a transmitter!! Please help my General ride again! I think my wife put the transmitter in with a box for the Goodwill by mistake. (ready for divorce now) I went to Radio Shack to see if I could buy a universal remote but they no longer sell them. I would really like the original controller if possible but I'm open to suggestions.. PLEASE help! Thanks and much obliged, Greg

  4. For members outside the UK: In the UK, all cars and motorbikes over three years old have to pass an annual roadworthiness test called an MOT (there's a similar equivalent in Ireland called the NCT). According to the current inspection manual, you can fail this test if: Basically, if you do fit a musical horn, unless your car dates from before 1973, make sure you keep the original horn for road use. During my Googling, I read an account of a driver who used to like sounding his Dixie horn when he was overtaking other cars. One day he made the mistake of doing this while overtaking an unmarked police can, and was prosecuted. PS. According to section 2. c. (above), "hells bells" are also illegal .

    Boss Hogg's sandwich

That 'shine doesn't seem to affect your memory, Hobie. Here's Boss and his sandwich in 'The Law and Jesse Duke' (the episode with Alabama Jones).

    Feeling old

What a happy thread.... if I had known you ALL were going to start talking of death (and of dying young) I wouldn't have started it, ROFL.

  8. Folks, many of you have enjoyed the wonderful shows put on by Ray and the Northeast Ohio Dukes. Ray puts on these shows for love of the Dukes with money out of his own pocket, with no profit for himself. Unfortunately, his pockets are empty. He was going to stop doing the shows, but many have asked him to try to continue and have offered to donate to the cause. If you would like the show to go on and can spare an extra $5 or $10, please PM me and I'll give you the email to PayPal to. (I'd rather not post the email here, to avoid the email being picked up by spammers.) Thanks, Ray and team for all your hard work in keeping Dukes alive!
